Elizabeth Edmunds, DVM

Elizabeth Edmunds

If Dr. Edmunds hadn’t yet figured out by age 14 that she was destined to become a veterinarian, her frequently and elaborately bandaged pony probably had. Dr. Edmunds grew up around horses in a small New Hampshire town, and received her veterinary degree from Cornell University in 1998. She completed a year-long, post-doctoral internship at Pilchuck’s equine referral hospital following graduation, and then became a Pilchuck staff veterinarian in 1999. Her practice has included critical care work in the large animal referral hospital, primary care on ambulatory service, and equine reproductive services at Puget Sound Equine Reproduction Center. Dr. Edmunds loves her family and hopes heaven is full of Shetland ponies, goats, and “muttweilers” like the family dog, Emma.
